You're the organiser. Here's how it works.

  1. Step 1 — Create a gathering

    Name it, add a few date options, and share the link with your group.

  2. Step 2 — Members vote on the date

    Members tap the link and mark when they're free. No account, no app download.

  3. Step 3 — Add the spots — members vote

    Once the date's set, add a few spots. Members vote on where to go.

  4. Step 4 — Lock in the plan

    Close voting and share the final plan. Everyone knows the date, the spot, and who's coming.

FAQ

Do members need an account?
No. They tap the link and do their bit. Only organisers sign in.
What if the date or spot is already decided?
No problem. Lock either in upfront and just use See You There! for what's still being decided — like collecting RSVPs for a fixed-date BBQ, or picking a spot for a dinner that's already in the diary.
How do members get the link?
Share it however you normally chat with your group — WhatsApp, Messages, email, wherever works.
Can people change their votes?
Yes — anyone can update their choices until voting closes.
Can members suggest their own spots?
Yes, if you want the group to help shape the shortlist. You stay in control of what gets locked in.
Does it work on any phone?
